What data can be submitted?

You are free to submit any data which could help to build a history file for a vehicle. This can include images, service documents, invoices for work carried out or spare parts purchased for the vehicle. Additionally, any images of previous damage would be useful to help give new potential owners more information about a vehicle.

Is data submission anonymous?

We take data privacy extremely seriously and all data submissions will be completely anonymous. We require users to register an account to be able to submit data however, this is only for data verification purposes and we will never publish any personal details with any records.

How will the submitted data be used?

All data submitted to us will be verified by our team and if approved will appear in our vehicle history checks. If you have previously purchased a report and new data is added to this vehicle then this will also be added to your report.

How long is the data approval process?

We will aim to review all data submissions daily and make it available as soon as it has been verified. Not all data submissions will be published and we will only add records that have been approved by our team.
